Counseling Department

o In-person or virtual individual trauma-informed empowerment counseling for survivors and/or their supportive family/friends ages 6 through adult
o DV/SA Support Groups for adults and youth
o Financial Empowerment Counseling focused on economic and housing goals; assistance in recovering from financial abuse, and building financial stability.

o Temporary emergency shelter for survivors of Domestic Violence or Sexual Assault and their Children for up to 90 days
o Secure facility staffed 24/7/365

o Accompaniment/assistance with Protection from Abuse (PFA)/ Sexual Violence Protection Orders/Protection from Intimidation (PFI) filings
o Accompaniments to court proceedings directly related to incidents of domestic or sexual violence
o Accompaniments to law enforcement interviews
o Potential attorney representation at final PFA/SVPO hearings
